Per promuovere l’utilizzo dei servizi online e incentivare le interazioni “social” necessarie per partecipare al progetto “SkiBeep”, Dolomiti Superski offre ai propri utenti una rete di hot spot WIFI presso i punti vendita skipass e presso gli impianti principali nelle 12 valli. Basterà collegare il proprio dispositivo mobile al segnale WIFI e richiedere la password di accesso, che verrà fornita immediatamente via SMS. Si apre così la possibilità di navigare in internet tra una sciata e l’altra, a costo zero. Ne sarà soddisfatta soprattutto la clientela internazionale, che non dovrà sostenere i costi del roaming dati. Il servizio WIFI di Dolomiti Superski è gratuito ed è disponibile in un raggio di circa 100m dalle centraline. In caso di difficoltà, è disponibile un help desk, che saprà assistere gli utenti nella risoluzione del problema.

Immer online mit den neuen WIFI Hotspots
Um es auch wirklich allen Winterurlaubern im Gebiet von Dolomiti Superski zu ermöglichen, die neuen Online-Dienste und Features nutzen und jene relevanten Aktionen setzen zu können, die für das neue Projekt „SkiBeep“ nötig sind, hat Dolomiti Superski in allen Skipassbüros und bei den wichtigsten Aufstiegsanlagen kostenlose WIFI Hotspots zur freien Benutzung, eingerichtet. Es genügt, sich mit dem eigenen Handy über SMS anzumelden. Sofort erhält man auf demselben Weg einen Benutzernamen samt Passwort zugestellt. Damit kann man die kostenlose WIFI-Verbindung aufbauen und zwischen einer Skiabfahrt und der anderen im Netz „surfen“. Die teuren Roaminggebühren fallen dabei natürlich nicht an! Bei Bedienungsproblemen steht den Nutzern ein Helpdesk zur Verfügung, um diese zu beheben.

You are always “mobile” with the new free WIFI hotspots
To promote the use of online services and to encourage the “social” interaction necessary to take part in the “SkiBeep” project Dolomiti Superski is offering a hot spot WIFI at its ski pass sales outlets and at the main lifts throughout the 12 valleys. It is sufficient to connect your own mobile to the WIFI signal and request an access password which will immediately be forwarded to you as an SMS. In this way you will be able to navigate on internet between ski runs and all this is free of charge. It is a particularly important for international clients who will no longer have to pay roaming costs. The Dolomiti Superski WIFI service is free and functions up to a distance of about 100m from the hotspot installation. Also available is a help desk providing assistance to clients having a problem.
