Award: „Most improved Resort Award“
Where to Ski & Snowboard - the most significant Guidebook on the UK market - Val Gardena stands among the top four ski areas with the "Most Improved Resort Award"
Val Gardena is therefore part of the four leading international destinations together with Kitzbühl, Tignes and Verbier. The guidebook for ski destination "Where to Ski" shows on over 700 pages the ski destinations all over the world.
In the case of Val Gardena there was a special award for exemplary performance of slopes and lifts system and for the snow production.
On September 8th, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Guides, the awards have been awarded at the Trafalgar Square in central London. More than 100 invited journalists, representatives of the leading tour operators and travel organizations, attended the national awards ceremony.
